Fallout
Fallout is a post-apocalyptic role-playing video game franchise created by Tim Cain and Leonard Boyarsky, [1][2] at Interplay Entertainment. The series is largely set during the first half of the 3rd millennium, following a devastating nuclear war between China and the United States, with a retrofuturistic atompunk setting and art influenced by 1950s post-war American culture, with its combination of hope in the promise of technology and the underlying fear of nuclear annihilation. Fallout is considered a spiritual successor to Wasteland, a 1988 game developed by Interplay Productions.
