Articles with Different Availability
If an order includes items with different availability , shipping will only be carried out when all products are available .
Items marked as "Available from Supplier" are subject to availability. If there is a stock shortage and the item cannot be delivered, the amount will be immediately refunded to the customer.
Pre-Booking Rules
- All Pre-Order items are paid for at the time of booking .
- When making a Pre-Reservation, the customer undertakes to purchase the product .
- If the customer requests cancellation of the reservation within a period of less than 15 days after the purchase, they will be prohibited from making reservations for 3 months .

If this situation repeats itself after the restriction period, the customer may be permanently prevented from making new reservations in the store.
Cancellation and Refunds
- If a reservation is sold out or canceled by the manufacturer , making delivery to the customer impossible, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the customer's bank account.

If the customer cancels the reservation before the item is shipped , the deposit amount will not be refunded , as it has already been used to guarantee the reservation with the supplier.
Release Dates and Delays
- The dates indicated for Pre-Order items are estimates provided by the Brands and Suppliers .
- These dates may be subject to change , both in advance and late , and Heimdall Geek Store is not responsible for these changes.
- If a reservation is delayed beyond the scheduled release date, the customer must contact us for information. The store does not notify customers of postponements unless it receives this information directly from the supplier.
